Beautiful and peaceful two bedroom home with an ocean view and convenient location. Located 7 minutes from the airport and 5 miles from town. Easy access to beaches, grocery stores, and everything Kona has to offer. This two bedroom space is the second floor of a completely separated two story home to which you have your own private parking and entrance. Kitchen is completely renovated with brand new appliances and many amenities to help make your stay more comfortable. Spacious dinning table to enjoy meals with your loved ones, California King bed in the master bedroom, and a queen bed in the adjacent bedroom. Brand new Samsung washer and dryer located in the bathroom for your convenience. Massive sectional sofa in the spacious living room with a 55" smart TV and of course free WIFI. You will have a hard time beating the beautiful private wrapping lanai where you can relax and watch Kona's magical sunsets or even sit down at the outdoor desk and conquer tasks with the ocean as your background. Owner lives on the first floor but is gone most of the day and will definitely give you your desired privacy. But also close by should you need anything or have any questions.
